Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey optional
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Optional add-ins:
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee and allow it to cool completely.
  • Add cooled coffee, frozen banana, coconut milk, toasted coconut flakes, vanilla extract, sweetener, and ice to a blender.
