Ingredients

  • 2 –3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar white or brown
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  • Stir in flour and baking soda until just combined.
  • Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness.
  • Pat strawberries dry to avoid excess moisture.
  • Do not overmix the batter.
  • Slightly underbake for a softer texture.
  • Store at room temperature for 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
