- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries hulled
- 2 tablespoons dried goji berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
- ½ cup ice cubes if using fresh strawberries
- Optional Garnish
- Fresh strawberry slices
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
- A few whole goji berries
Prepare the Ingredients
If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them.
Place the dried goji berries in warm water and soak for 5–10 minutes to soften.
