Dressing

  • Begin by rinsing and draining your chickpeas and black beans. Dice your vegetables and chop the cilantro.

Mixing the Salad

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, black beans, corn, bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.

Preparing the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Combining

  • Pour the dressing over your salad and gently toss everything together until the salad is evenly coated.

  • Give it a taste, and add additional salt, pepper, or lime juice as needed.
