- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast or grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup pasta cooking water
- Optional: fresh herbs

Cook pasta according to package instructions and reserve pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add tofu, garlic, nutritional yeast (or Parmesan), lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a blender.
