- 1 large cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 cups red or green grapes
- 2 –3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 –2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.
In a bowl, toss cauliflower and grapes with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Cook until cauliflower is golden and grapes are soft.
