- Brownie Bite Base
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Sweetener & Flavor
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional Add-Ins
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 –3 tablespoons ground flaxseed or oat flour as needed for firmness
Line a plate or small baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir together nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
Add cocoa powder and salt. Mix until fully combined.
Stir in rolled oats until evenly coated.
Fold in chocolate chips if using.
If the mixture feels too soft, add flaxseed or oat flour 1 tablespoon at a time until thick and moldable.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
Place on the prepared sheet and refrigerate 20–30 minutes to set.
