Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 1 cup kale stems removed
  • 1 banana optional
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk
  • Optional add-ins:
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Wash the kale thoroughly and remove the tough stems.
  • Add mango, kale, banana (if using), and milk to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
  • Adjust consistency by adding more milk if needed.
  • Taste and add sweetener if desired.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
