- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- Optional: cinnamon
- Optional: flaxseed meal
