Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple
  • 1/2 –1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or regular water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash spinach or kale and remove thick stems if using kale.
  • Add greens, banana, frozen fruit, milk, and liquid to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust consistency by adding more liquid if needed.
  • Taste and add sweetener if desired.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
