- 1 cup spinach or kale
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple
- 1/2 –1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
- 1/2 cup coconut water or regular water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
Wash spinach or kale and remove thick stems if using kale.
Add greens, banana, frozen fruit, milk, and liquid to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency by adding more liquid if needed.
Taste and add sweetener if desired.
