  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
