Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust or homemade
  • For the Filling:
  • 14 oz 400g firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetables:
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese
  • Fresh herbs parsley or thyme

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Blend tofu, plant milk, nutritional yeast, and spices until smooth.
  • Sauté vegetables lightly to remove excess moisture.
  • Stir vegetables into the tofu mixture.
  • Pour filling into prepared pie crust.
  • Bake for 35–45 minutes until set.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

  • Use firm tofu for best structure.
  • Pre-cook vegetables to avoid excess moisture.
  • Let quiche cool before slicing for cleaner cuts.
  • Store in fridge up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
  • Reheat in oven for best texture.
