Preparation

  • Rinse and drain the white beans. Wash and dice the cucumber. Chop the fresh dill and finely chop the red onion.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the white beans, diced cucumber, dill, and red onion.

Dressing and Seasoning

  • Drizzle apple cider vinegar and lemon juice over the salad. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

Chill
