  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ¼ cup cashew cream or blended cashews
  • Optional add-ins:
  • Spinach

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Nutritional yeast

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add vegetable broth, plant-based milk, and uncooked pasta to the pot.
