Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats old-fashioned
  • ½ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter creamy
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 –2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 –2 tablespoons chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Add rolled oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt to a jar or airtight container.
  • Pour in milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and peanut butter.
  • Stir very well until fully combined and no cocoa lumps remain.
  • Seal and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before eating. Add a splash of milk if needed for desired consistency.
  • Top with chocolate chips, banana slices, or extra peanut butter if desired.
