  • ½ cup yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • ¼ –½ cup milk or coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Toppings
  • Fresh berries
  • Granola
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds
  • Sliced banana
  • Edible flowers optional

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen banana, frozen fruit, blue spirulina (or blueberries), yogurt, milk or coconut water, and sweetener into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides if needed.
  • Adjust consistency by adding a small amount of liquid if necessary.
