Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/3 –1/2 cup honey maple syrup, or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • Chocolate chips
  • Coconut milk for extra creaminess
  • Mint leaves
  • Crushed nuts

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  • Add milk, sweetener, citrus juice, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or citrus as needed.
  • Ice cream maker method: Churn according to manufacturer instructions.
  • No-churn method: Pour into a container and freeze, stirring every 30–45 minutes for 2–3 hours.
  • Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping, then serve.
