Instructions
 

  • Add liquid first: Pour milk into the blender.
  • Add fruit: Add banana, blueberries, and yogurt if using.
  • Sweeten (optional): Add vanilla extract and honey/maple syrup if desired.
  • Blend: Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust texture: Add more milk if too thick, or more frozen fruit if too thin.

Notes
