Ingredients
  

  • Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt plain or lightly sweetened
  • ½ –¾ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • Flavor Boosters
  • 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional, brightens flavor
  • Pantry Add-Ins Optional
  • Ice cubes if using fresh berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla works best

Instructions
 

  • Prep
  • Wash fresh berries and remove stems.
  • If using frozen berries, skip the ice.
  • Blend
  • Add milk to the blender first.
  • Add yogurt, berries, sweetener (if using), vanilla, and any add-ins.
  • Mix
  • Blend on high for 30–45 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust & Serve
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Frozen berries create the thickest, creamiest texture.
  • Start with less liquid—you can always add more.
  • Vanilla and a pinch of salt enhance berry flavor without extra sugar.
