- Main Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt plain or lightly sweetened
- ½ –¾ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- Flavor Boosters
- 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon juice optional, brightens flavor
- Pantry Add-Ins Optional
- Ice cubes if using fresh berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
- 1 scoop protein powder vanilla works best
Prep
Wash fresh berries and remove stems.
If using frozen berries, skip the ice.
Blend
Add milk to the blender first.
Add yogurt, berries, sweetener (if using), vanilla, and any add-ins.
Mix
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
Adjust & Serve
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
