Ingredients
  

  • Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup mango fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Flavor Boosters Optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • Liquids
  • ¾ –1 cup milk or juice almond milk, coconut milk, or orange juice
  • Optional
  • Ice cubes only if using fresh fruit

Instructions
 

  • Load the Blender
  • Add liquid to the blender first, then mango, pineapple, and banana.
  • Flavor (Optional)
  • Add vanilla extract and/or lime juice if using.
  • Blend
  • Blend on high 30–60 seconds until completely smooth.
  • Adjust Texture
  • Add ice or extra frozen fruit to thicken, or a splash more liquid to thin. Blend again briefly.
  • Serve
  • Taste, adjust if needed, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Frozen fruit makes the smoothie naturally thick and creamy.
  • Start with less liquid—you can always add more.
  • Ripe bananas are key for sweetness and texture.
