- 1 cup mango fresh or frozen
- 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
- 1 ripe banana

- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 –2 tsp fresh lime juice
- Liquids
- ¾ –1 cup milk or juice almond milk, coconut milk, or orange juice
- Optional
- Ice cubes only if using fresh fruit
Load the Blender
Add liquid to the blender first, then mango, pineapple, and banana.
Flavor (Optional)
Add vanilla extract and/or lime juice if using.
Blend
Blend on high 30–60 seconds until completely smooth.
Adjust Texture
Add ice or extra frozen fruit to thicken, or a splash more liquid to thin. Blend again briefly.
Serve
