These frozen yogurt cups are a quick, no-bake, healthier alternative to ice cream. Made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and customizable toppings, they’re perfect for portion-controlled snacks, kid-friendly treats, and make-ahead desserts you can keep in the freezer.

- 1½ cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- ½ –¾ cup fresh or frozen fruit berries, banana slices, mango
- Flavor Base Optional
- 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pantry Staples
- Mini muffin liners or silicone molds
- Optional toppings: granola chopped nuts, coconut flakes, chocolate chips
Prep pan: Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or use silicone molds.
Mix yogurt: In a bowl, stir yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla until smooth.
Fill cups: Spoon yogurt mixture into liners, filling about ¾ full.
Add toppings: Top with fruit and desired toppings. Gently press them into the yogurt.
Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
Serve: Let cups sit at room temperature 2–3 minutes before eating.
