Ingredients

  • Main Ingredients
  • cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ –¾ cup fresh or frozen fruit berries, banana slices, mango
  • Flavor Base Optional
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pantry Staples
  • Mini muffin liners or silicone molds
  • Optional toppings: granola chopped nuts, coconut flakes, chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prep pan: Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or use silicone molds.
  • Mix yogurt: In a bowl, stir yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fill cups: Spoon yogurt mixture into liners, filling about ¾ full.
  • Add toppings: Top with fruit and desired toppings. Gently press them into the yogurt.
  • Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Serve: Let cups sit at room temperature 2–3 minutes before eating.

Notes

  • Full-fat yogurt makes creamier cups with less iciness.
  • If using frozen fruit, thaw slightly so it mixes easily.
  • Press toppings in gently so they stick once frozen.
